You are your own challenges.

People will always find all kinds of excuses for not working out. They complained they don’t have enough time. And when you present them with a 15 minute workout, they say it can’t work. To me they are too lazy to change their habits or afraid that life will change after they lose the weight.

Damn, this post is turning into a rant.

So, your first challenge with yourself is your head. You have to be ready to change certain things. You have to know what you want and why. If you are complaining about your extra weight and someone tells you about an eating plan, don’t push it away because you can’t stop eating bread. Have a look and if it makes sense, give it a shot. You can’t change without making changes.

The second challenge is to focus on you. Not your friend or your neighbor. I told a friend of mine about my Back to Basics workout. I emailed him a month after to see how he was doing. He said he did it once because he could not do 12 push ups. Can you believe it?
I don’t care if you can only do 2. Adapt the program so that it is a challenge for you. And that you set your body for an extended fat burn session. Your numbers are your numbers.

Does this make sense?

I feel better now. Rant over.
