Fat loss eating plan

If you want to lose fat, you need to change your eating habits. You did not gain the extra pounds by being a dietary monk. And there is no workout that can undo the damage of bad diet.

This is not easy but very simple. Eat in a way that will set your body up for fat usage instead of fat storage. All you need to do is control insulin by eliminating processed carbs (flour, pasta, rice) and high carb foods (potatoes, fruits).

I can hear you protesting already: “Fruits are healthy!” Yes they are. And you will eat them again. For the mean time they have too big a sugar load. The aim of this plan is to make you lose fat, remember.

So every meal should have a protein and veggies. Legumes like beans are great because they keep you full.

Examples:

Breakfast: 3-egg omelet with onions, peppers and mushrooms

Lunch/ Dinner: Pork chop or fish with grilled veggies and bean salad.

PM snack: Nuts
