Friday morning, 5:30. Yes it is early. And my quads are still sore from Wednesday!!! So let's see this is going to go.

I love this type of workout. The intensity is built it. I don't need to wonder how much weight or faster. The intensity adjusts itself with my level of fitness. In another 3 workouts, I should max my time. I will keep this workout for the next week, and I'll go to a 30:30 interval.
So, any of you my bothers in arms in this?
