No equipment home workouts: session 1

Well, I just completed my first workout. And it was a bigger challenge than I expected. Again, my workout consisted of 20 squats, 12 push ups, 20 alternate back lunges and 60 sec plank. And the goal is to complete 5 rounds as fast as possible.

5 rounds: 18:15
HR (mid round 4): 162 beat per minute (bpm)
