What I am about to confess to you is not easy for a trainer. But we are humans. And we make mistakes. You see my friends, for the past few months, I have let my fitness slip. And I have to admit that for my standards, I feel deconditioned.
With not enough workouts and a few extra beers during the summer, my abs were starting to hide. So it is time to get back on track.
I’ll keep you informed by posting my workouts here. And I’ll start with the Back to Basics workout. (see video in April 8 posting). I’ll do 5 sets for time. It’ll give me a good base to measure my fitness. And my workouts will always be with no equipment at all and intense. All info that I have posted on this blog before.
It all starts on Monday. Who is ready to join me?
