This is the second session with the high intensity intervals (HIIT). The objective is to do more reps than the previous workout. If you match or beat your numbers, there was enough time for recovery and you got the positive adaptations from the last workout.
Here are today’s results:
Jump Squats: 25, 25, and 23 for a total of 73
Power Push up: 25, 20, and 14 for a total of 69
