My no equipment home workout: session 9

Third week done. And I’ve lost more fat than expected. Combining the proper nutrition and great workouts is a no fail plan.

So for today’s workout, the results are:

Jump Squats: 27, 25 and 25 for a total of 77

Power Push Ups: 26, 21 and 18 for a total of 65

The intensity is good because my pecs were sore after the last 2 workouts. I’ll keep doing this next week and test myself with the Back to Basics to see if there is an improvement.
