Here we are, end of week 4. And I found out that this simple and intense workout will put muscle on you and work your cardio hard. You’ve got to give it a try. The total time is only 10:30. For those of you who don’t know, the workout goes like this.
Jump Squats, as many as possible in 30 seconds
Rest 1:30
Power Push ups, as many as possible, in 30 seconds
Rest 1:30
And here are my results for today.
Jump Squats: 28, 28 and 27 for a total of 83 (one more than Wednesday!)
Power Push ups: 28, 23 and 21 for a total of 72
Now I take the weekend off and Monday I do the Back to Basics just to see what happened to my cardio fitness. My guess is that it is going to be way better.
