No equipment workout: session 11

By now you probably realized that this humble blog’s goal is to destroy your excuses for not exercising your body.

You can’t use the “I don’t have any equipment” excuse. This blog has plenty of great exercises that require no equipment at all. That you are at home, in a hotel room or in a park, your body is always there. You don’t even need special clothes or running shoes. And you don’t have to feel self conscious, it’s only you.

And if your main excuse is lack of time, come on. Have you read the posts? These workouts are short and intense. You don’t need more time; you just need more guts and determination. If this is you, read tomorrow’s post “You are your own challenge”

The other excuse that I hear is age. “I’m too old to workout, blah, blah, blah” Well if you liked yesterday’s post you will love next Tuesday’s post. It will shatter that excuse for ever.

Now, for today’s workout. Again, it was a big challenge. The intensity is more then enough for the push up. I crash at 25 seconds on sets 2 and 3. And I’m gaining muscle mass.

Here are today’s results:

Jump Squats         28, 27 and 27 for a total of 82
Power Push ups    27, 22 and 21 for a total of 70

One more to go on Friday.
