My no equipment home workout: session 4

Monday morning, 5:30 am

Here we are, beginning of week 2. And can honestly say that I see a difference. There's a little leass of the love handles to pinch. Tomorow I'll tell you more about my eating plan.

Anyway, so here is today's result:

14:04.

I just beat it. Improvements come in shorter increments. And if you are doing this workout, you probably realized one thing. It kills the quads. That is because they are in every exercise.
