This is part of a training session I did for one of my clients. It doesn't look like much but believe me, you will torch some fat
You just need 2 exercises. In this case I used squats and push ups. You alternate the 2 esercises and do as many as you can in 15 sec. Take a 15 sec rest between them.
Squats / 15 sec (as many as you can)
Rest 15 sec
Push ups / 15 sec
Rest 15 sec
Aim for 6-8 sets.
