My no equipment home workout: session 5

In the last few days, this humble blog has attracted a lot of new readers. Welcome and I hope you find the info helpful. And if you need clarification, just use the comment section.

Let’s bring you to speed on what I’m doing here. This is the workout I’m doing.

Squats: 20 reps
Push ups: 20 reps
Alternate Back lunges: 20 reps
Plank: 1 min

I perform 5 rounds non-stop, and try to complete them as fast as possible.

And today, I completed the circuit in 13:50. My first time under 14.

Even though I’ve lost some fat, I’m realizing that I need to tweak it in order to make it better for fat loss. You see, I’ve been looking at some articles and it seems that the second most important aspect after intensity is rest. More on this tomorrow.
