This workout is becoming a challenge. And it is intense. You should give it a try. And you have reached your max when you can’t do 1 rep. I know that the progression is not all done. Don’t worry it will come.
Anyway, I made some changes today in order to make it more challenging. So here it is.
Push up = 1:30
1 leg squat = 32 sec each (my poor quads)
Table row = 1:25 (grip let go first)
Plank (feet up) = 2:00
The plank needs to be spiced up for Monday. And I think I have the right modification.
