I was still able to up my times. Actually made it to 2 minutes on another exercise. When you give this static contraction program a try you will have a weird feeling. And it is the sensation of your muscle fibers getting gradually tired. You’ll get to a point where you think you have reached your max but realized some fibers are not done yet. This will only increase the burn and the level of fatigue you can handle.

Push up = 1:38 (It was really hard to get an extra 3 seconds)
1 leg squat = 0:45 (Trains balance at the same time)
Table row = 2:00 (I’ll push my feet further away on Friday)
Isometric crunch = 1:13 (My neck muscle are getting a workout too. Bonus)
