Very tough day. I came short again on the Table rows. It seems that since I passed the 1 minute of contraction, it is that much harder. I can feel the lactic acid building up. And I could only get one extra second on the Squat. Is it because I’m getting closer to 60 seconds?
What do you think?
Here is my future theory. Is 24 hours of recovery enough with sessions so short? I wonder if I could speed up growth by working everyday and still progress. I'll test it in a few months. Your thoughts are welcomed.

1-leg Squat = 0.56
1-arm Push up = 0.35
Table Row = 1:15 ;-(
