When you pass 30 seconds on a hold, you really start to feel the lactic acid building up. I could feel it in my quads. And believe me; I could barely stand on it after. This is working well.
Anyway, there was one problem. I did not beat my time on the Table row. I was a few seconds short. Probably just an off day.
Here are the numbers for today.
1-arm push up = 30 sec
1-leg squat = 50 sec
Table Row = 1:08 (L)
