My no equipment home workout: session 20

This workout is getting harder. I did not gain much ground today. But as long as I work a little longer, I’ve reach my goal. I truly believe you can get stronger with these home exercises. And you can do this without any equipment. And to top it off, it only took 7 minutes to complete. But you need to be willing to give your max on every exercise if you want to get results in 7 minutes. It is short and simple; not easy.

Here are today’s numbers.

1-arm push up = 0:27 (I’ll get 30 sec on Friday)

1-leg squat = 0:45

Table row = 1:17 (I’ll work it to 1:30, then try with one arm)
