Here it is, beginning of week 6. And this isometrics workout is going very well. And if you think isometrics don’t make sense, tell me why the plank is so popular. Anyway, you can’t shot this down until you try it.

Table row = 1:43
1 leg squat = 45 sec each
Push up = 1:35
Iso crunch = 1:03
