Wow, my heart beats faster then during spinning.

I’ve heard that many times. And usually it comes from a new client that used to be heavily into typical cardio. And to be honest, I’m not surprised. It’s easy to do. No it is not some kind of voodoo trick; just one dirty little secret.

You see, spinners work mainly their lower bodies. They push hard and then they need to slow down. With me, what do you do when you legs are tired from squats? I go to the upper body. And back to your legs. Tadda!!! This is how you maximize your exercise time.

Your heart and lungs can’t tell what you are doing. They just respond to the demand. And gradually they adjust to the workload.
