Workout like a dog.

My wife and I are the proud owners of a yellow lab. He’s very affectionate and always ready to play. It’s unbelievable the energy he has

The other day I went to the park and let him off his leash. He knows he doesn’t have a lot of time to “workout”. So he makes the best of it. He runs everywhere. And when we play fetch, he bolts for the ball. He puts a lot of intensity in his workouts. You see how it works? He works as hard as he can.

How about you? Do you get the most out of your workout time? You need to find your sweet spot and use exercise intensity to your advantage. Don’t be afraid of it, we all have our won levels. That is the way to challenge your body and get results faster.
