The tripod: A super duper core exercise

If you are ready for more challenging core exercises, test drive this one: The Tripod.

Assume a push up position. Get your hands closer and feet further apart. Take one hand off the floor and hold the position for as long as you can. Repeat on the other side. Your hips must stay square with the floor.

If you ever want to attempt a 1-arm push up you have to master the tripod.
