Do you suffer from self doubt?

Do you doubt that you can stick to an exercise program before you even start? You’re not alone. Most people that are not exercising feel that way. Everybody else can do it but not them.

Stop seeing this as a big mountain. You need to break it down into smaller parts. You may want your waist to shrink but first you need to change your eating habits. And then get your butt off the couch.

And even if you have been exercising for a while. You may doubt that you can take your workout to the next level. Just take it one step at a time. If you can perform one more rep, it is progress.

Now that I think about it, I should post on how you can measure progress in your workouts. I’ll do it before the end of the week.
