No equipment cardio 100

Do you know circuit training? Ever since I started studying exercise, I learned that circuit training can be used to improve cardiovascular fitness. I don’t understand why it is not more popular. It’s like we were told that using a treadmill was better and we stuck with it. How foolish of us.

Anyway, here is a little circuit that will get your heart pumping. And you don’t need any equipment.

Jumping Jacks                          20
Squat                                       20
Jumping Jacks                          20
Alternate Back Lunges             20
Jumping Jacks                          20
