Are you balanced?

Most people think that they are. Fact is most people cannot stand on one leg for 2 seconds. So here is a little movement that will you improve your balance and stability. And you may need to hang on to a chair at first.

Leg Pendulum

Stand on your left leg with your right foot just off the floor and knees straight. Swing your right leg forward and back like a pendulum.  You want to do this 10 times without assistance. Then increase your range of motion.
