I won’t waste your time with this. I’ll get right to the point.
1. No food journal
If you don’t keep track you can’t measure.
2, Letting the wrong foods in the house.
If you can’t eat it, don’t have it in the house. And stop using the kids as an excuse.
3. Keeping all calories for the end of the day.
You should control hunger by eating regularly during the day.
4. Eating over processed foods.
Whole foods will burn more calories during digestion. And will keep you full longer.
