My no equipment home workout: session 26

I’ve learned my lesson. When strength results are slowing down, it’s a sign that you need a longer rest time. And it was proven today. There was no progression. I think that energy recovery is one thing and muscle tissue adaptation another. You can replenish your energy fast. Muscle adaptation takes longer to happen.

One more thing I’ve noticed. My 1-arm push ups are held too low. I feel my triceps working a lot nut not my chest. I think it’ll be better to be closer to 90 degrees.

So next week is off completely. And I will post on what I’m planning and why.
