Not much to report today. Just that I switched to Air Borne lunges holds for my legs. It is like a lunge but your back leg never touches the floor and you hold. And I am now holding the top part on the 1 arm table rows.
1-arm table rows = 0:24
1-arm push up = R 0:40 and L 9 reps
Air born lunge hold = 0:14
Starting next week, you will be updated on my workouts once a week. I figure it makes more sense to sum up the week than daily updates.
