It looks like I already have to make some changes to my exercises. The 1-arm table rows (legs bent) will become isometric. That will add a lot of intensity to it. And I find the Bulgarian lunges not challenging enough. I have to figure out a replacement.
Here are the numbers for today.
1-arm table Row = 13 reps
1-arm push up = 0:39 on R ans 9 reps on L
Bulgarian lunges = 1:02
