Wisdom of a cute blonde

Wisdom and life lessons usually come from older adults. They are wiser from their life experience. And sometimes you get wisdom from unlikely sources. And it is always up to you to use the info or discard it.
Stick with me all you will see how this can help your workouts.
It’s not always easy to see the bright side of things. If you’re like me, you try real hard. And when you succeed, you feel better. You are able to go through your day with less stress and anxiety. It is much better to be an optimist. So here is the lesson I got from the cute blonde.
Be positive and expect good things to happen
Now is probably a good time to introduce my unlikely mentor. Here he is. Isn’t he cute?

He is an internal optimist. Every time we let him in the house, he expects food. When I step out in the backyard, he thinks I want to play. When my wife and I get back home, he is always happy to see us. He does not live in the past and doesn’t stress about the future.
