Losing weight is hard. Hard enough that we don't need wrong info. Especially from goverment officals. And when it comes to food, boy is there a lot of confusion.
The following food pyramid is from the U.S. The Canadian one is not much better. But how can you lose fat when you are told to eat so much starchy foods? And beans and nuts are part of the meat group???
If there is a conspiracy to keep us obese, here it is. Or is it a conspiracy to inflate the profits of certain companies? I let you decide.
