Here we go again. New challenge.
If you are like me, you always find new ways to challenge your body. And as a personal trainer, I always experience on myself before teaching it to my clients. That way I know how it feels.
So after losing the extra pounds and shrinking my waist, I want to walk on my hands. Just holding myself up with feet against the wall is a challenge. And I'm getting a great workout for my shoulders and triceps. I have to build strength and endurance in those areas before I can go further.
