No workout can undo the damage of poor eating habits

I am not kidding; you need to lay off the fries
3. High intensity training
Resistance training or cardio intervals 2-3 times per week
4. Low to moderate intensity exercise
An outdoor activity or lower intensity sessions 2-4 times per week.
5. Increase your level of activity
Walk to the store, use the stairs, etc … You get the picture?
