Are your workouts average? Walk in any commercial gym. Or any condo gym. Do you do the same workout as most? Are you one of the rats in a race to nowhere?
If you take time to workout, don't you want to get the most? Still, most people just don't maximize their workout time. They can read a magazine while doing it.
The reality is that the average person today is overweight. So if you eat and train like the average, that is your future.
So, to be above average, you need to eat properly and make every workout count. If you are going to workout half heartedly, what's the point?
