Cut the crap, lose the fat

Recently I’ve been counting my calories. I don’t usually do this. But I needed an idea of how many I take in. In a muscle gain cycle, eating enough calories is important.
I realized one thing
It’s not that easy to overeat on the good stuff. If you stick with real, wholesome food you really have to force yourself to exceed your caloric requirements.
Here are three ways you can overeat easily.
1.       Eat fast food and other processed foods.
2.       Drink your calories. Latte calories that don’t keep you full (get it?). This also include alcohol, protein shakes and fruit juices
3.       Develop a food addiction.
