I won’t lie to you. Losing weight is not easy. But it can be simple. Most plans make it complicated. You just need to change your habits. And the new habits need to be for the long term. No quick change, miracle solution here, just the truth, plain and simple.
Face it. Your old habits are the reason why you are overweight. And as Einstein said, it is insane to expect different results from the same actions.
Half of overweight people have this in common: they skip breakfast. The worst breakfast for fat loss is no breakfast. So chances are, this is the first habit you need to change.
Brakfast is the Rodney Dandgerfield of meals. It can’t get no respect. But it should. Because by eating breakfast, you reduce your risks of over eating later in the day.
Eat as soon as you can after waking. And include 20-30 of protein. Here are a few examples.
2 eggs, 1 piece whole wheat toast, ½ cup milk = 345 calories, 21.5 g protein
Tuna melt: ½ can tuna, 1 whole wheat toast, 30 g cheese = 300 cal, 25 g protein
