I hope it was not too hard to find 5 good things about you. In interviews to hire trainers, I used to ask “How would your friends describe you in 3 words?” Most people had a hard time. In is surprising how we don’t know ourselves.
So by now we have at least 5 aspects that you like about your life, and 5 aspects that you like about you as a person. Keep the list close. Re-read it from time to time. It would help you focus on the positive. You may want to add to it.
And if you thought these 2 exercises were tough, wait for Friday’s exercise. It is the one my clients had the hardest time with.
