Here is a simple exercise that can add intensity to your circuit. You just stand up, do a little hop until your feet come off the floor. While you are up in the air, make half a turn. Then repeat in the other direction. When you get to the starting position, it’s one repetition.
Add it to your circuit training. You will feel the difference.
Those were incredibly hard especially at the end of a leg resistance training session. Awesome exercise to incorporate to a routine :)
