You probably know someone like this.

A few weeks ago, I met with a potential client. He was the usual male in his mid-40s. Overweight, stressed, busy life. I asked him about his goals, his past experience with fitness and other background questions. What was interesting is that there was always one topic that came up…

Do you know someone that has been thinking of starting an exercising program for a while? If yes, what are they waiting for? Maybe you are in that situation. The longer you wait the harder it gets. Just find a workout for the time you have. And take it one day at a time.

Or maybe you want to be like that potential client. And wait until you say “I have to do something” Even though he realized that what he’s doing is not working and that he has to change, I haven’t heard from him. My guess is he’ll call in the fall and say “I really have to do something.”
