What habits are made of.

I have been reading “The 7 habits of highly effective people” by Stephen Covey. And at the beginning he describes a habit. It is the combination of three things…

Desire (Want to do something or Why it should be done)
Knowledge (What to do)
Skill (How to do it)

Now, let’s apply this to health and fitness. You probably know about the benefits of regular physical activity. You may need help regarding What to do or How to do it. This blog is a resource for those answers. But the main question stays. Do you really Want to be active?
