Do you know the basic movement for human. There are 7 of them. Gait or walking is one of them. Then, think of what a baby has to learn before walking; Squat and Lunges. Then there's the bending move, like a Romanian deadlift. A lot of people don't know how to flex at the hip and keep the spine straight. And the last 3 are Push, Pull and Twist.
So, when you are working out at home and have no equipment, think of the basic moves. It's the way your body was designed.
