Food for thought II

How many calories do you need to cut to lose weight? You now know that 1 lbs of fat = 3500 calories. And let's you want to lose 10 lbs in the next 12 months.

1 lbs = 3500 cal
10 lbs = 35000 cal
35000 / 365 days = 95.9 calories

So for every 10 lbs you want to lose, you need a deficit of 100 calories per day. That simple.
