Cardio Interval No Equipment Home Workout

A simple exercise like Jumping Jacks can give you a great cardio workout. Try this one. Do 30 Jumping Jacks and take a break for 30 sec. Repeat the cycle. Adjust it to what you can do. Either more/ less repetitions or more/ less break. Just find the spot where it gives you a challenge. Build up from there.
