After 40, you have to work for your body.

"For most of us, health will depend not on who we are, but on how we live. The body you have at 20 depends on your genes, but the body you have at 40, 60 or 80 is the body you deserve, the body that reflects your behaviour."

-- Dr. Harvey Simon

  1. Completely agree! After 30, your body slows down naturally (metabolism). If you don't do anything about it i.e: eating like you use to in your early years, then it's just a question of time before you get a overweight body like a lot of people in industrial countries have. Example in the world of boxing with Bernard Hopkins. Even at 46, he's still one of the best in the world.

  2. If I kept eating like I did in my 20s, I'd have a big problem.
