3 simple steps to fat loss

I’ve been working on a fat loss report for a while. The first draft had 5 steps. I worked on it and condensed it to 3 steps. Then I tried to trim down some of the info without losing the message. It slimmed down to 2 pages.

Still I tried to make it skinnier. And this is the best I can do. I hope it helps.

1. Eat less
2. Move more
3. Repeat
