I came up with this exercise yesterday. And honestly, I've never seen it anywhere before. It works your upper back and the back part of your shoulders.
You are on your back and arms at 45 degrees. Your elbows are on the floor and your hands point to the ceiling. Push your elbows into the floor until your head and upper back are off the floor.
Give it a try. And let me know how we should name it.
