Do you make this mistake?

Most of you will start an exercise plan to lose weight. And a few years ago, I client asked me if she could eat anything she wanted if she exercised. Listen, you lose weight when you burn more then you eat.

Food first
Even though exercise is very important, it is not the primary factor. Focus on your food first. What and when you eat will either set up your body for fat burn or fat store. Every time you eat, you decide between fat burn or fat storage.

Exercise
Then a high intensity exercise session will push the fat burn further. Food is the set up and exercise extends it. Only then, will your exercise help you burn the maximum fat calories. And if your exercise session is intense enough it will create an afterburn. Which means that you will get a bonus round of extra caloric burn?
