Because of a lack of equipment you may follow a workout program that works only one aspect of fitness. As an example, most runners have great cardio and forget strength. Or other people focus solely on strength and end up with limited range of motion.
Even with limited time, your workouts don’t have to be one way. It doesn’t have to be this or that. It can be this and that and that.
Let me explain with an example like a simple squat. This exercise will improve your strength. And by increasing your range of motion (going lower) you will improve your flexibility. By taking short breaks between sets, you challenge your cardio. This maximizes the calories burn and helps you lose fat.
There you have it: strength, flexibility, cardio and body composition. Just with one exercise. All you have to do is apply the same recipe with other exercises.
