Discover how to change your life in 4 steps

Retain the positive and reject the negative. Have you heard that before? Or want what you have before you have what you want. Reality is most people do just the opposite. And they wonder why their lives suck.

For the next 4 Fridays, starting tomorrow, I’ll suggest a mental exercise. Those exercises will touch different aspects of you and your life. And make you realize all the great you already have in your life.
