I started thinking of pieces of fitness equipment that are not necessary at all. And the one that came to mind was the Ab-Roller. Remember that infomercial superstar? It is now a garage sale superstar. So many people bought it and never used it.
The reason why I think it is useless is because you can do the same thing without it. On your back to do a regular crunch and extens your arms overhead. That’s all.
