No Equipment Workouts

It hurts so good..

This is not an S&M kind of message. Just a reaction to my morning workout. I did 1-leg squats, full range. I was able to squeeze 12 on each leg. My legs are really shaky going up and down the stairs. I don't need weight to challenge my legs. My quads will feel it tomorrow.
